We want you to be fully satisfied with your home appliances; if you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Appliance

  Carefully place the item in its original box, ensuring all components like power cords and attachments are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
